If customer received a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, they are eligible for a refund. Please follow the steps below to submit a return request: –
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Pictures/ Videos: –
- Photos/ videos should be captured in favorable lighting conditions to prevent any visual discrepancies.
- All uploads must include complete imagery of the product without any areas being cropped.
- If the product displays any faults or defects, they should be clearly visible in both photos and videos.
- Customer will be required to go and submit the return at the courier.
Note: You must request a refund by submitting this form within 3 days from the item’s delivery date. After this period, we will be unable to process any refund requests.
